Definition of 'Satisfied' and 'Satisfaction'; This is defined by a score of 0-4 on the GAD-7 Questionnaire after 10 weeks of 'active participation' on the Anxiety Relief Program. 'Active Participation' means actively participating in all 10 weekly EFT sessions and undertaking the daily practices featured on your Anxiety Relief Program and then submitting a daily practice form to confirm what activities you have completed on that day. The refund is only applicable in regards to the default state of anxiety you had at the start of the program as highlighted during the initial consultation and doesn't cover any new stresses and traumas that may arise over the duration of the 10 weeks of the program. If your score is 5 or above in regards to your original default state of anxiety after 10 weeks you will get a full refund.
